OLDSCHOOL / TUNNELS, CLOUDS AND FEEDBACK

Demo effects from the late 1990s: a brick tunnel, a flower, a floor to the horizon, drifting clouds and a screen filming itself.

6 cards

• Oldschool Tunnel: A brick tunnel from a 1999 plane deformation, flown through at speed; one red brick comes at you from the dark.
• Oldschool Bloom: A five-petal flower tunnel whose outlines breathe in and out as the texture scrolls along its depth.
• Oldschool Floor: A grid floor running to the horizon under a banded red sun, the plane drawn by u = x/|y|, v = 1/|y|.
• Oldschool Sky: Clouds whose octaves drift at their own speeds, lit on the side that faces a red sun.
• Oldschool Echo: A frame filming itself: each copy turned, shrunk and faded inside the last, fed by a red block on the border.
• Oldschool Star: A checker spun out along three arms by the star deformation, turning as it scrolls.
